1. About Stillmoor

Stillmoor is an independent provider of pre-retirement educational programmes based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our programmes are informational and educational in nature. We do not provide personal financial advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, or any other service that requires a licence under Malaysian law or any other jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Programmes

All Stillmoor programmes — including A Calm Look At The Decade Ahead, The Pre-Retirement Reading Group, and The Stillmoor Pre-Retirement Cohort — are:

• Educational and informational in scope
• Designed to encourage personal reflection, peer conversation, and general awareness of pre-retirement considerations
• Not a substitute for personalised advice from a licensed financial planner, accountant, solicitor, or other regulated professional
• Not regulated financial services, investment advisory, or legal services

Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals for matters specific to their personal circumstances.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a written payment arrangement agreed with Stillmoor. Programme fees are as published at the time of enrolment:

• A Calm Look At The Decade Ahead — RM 670 per participant
• The Pre-Retirement Reading Group — RM 1,290 per participant
• The Stillmoor Pre-Retirement Cohort — RM 2,890 per participant

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of programme materials described in the relevant programme outline. Stillmoor reserves the right to adjust published fees for future intake cycles; changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.

4. Cancellation and Transfers

We understand that circumstances change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

• 21 days or more before programme commencement: Full refund of fees paid, less an administrative charge of RM 50.
• 8 to 20 days before programme commencement: A credit note equal to the full fee paid, valid for any Stillmoor programme within 12 months.
• 7 days or fewer before programme commencement: No refund or credit note is available, except in cases of medical emergency (supporting documentation may be requested).
• Transfers: You may transfer your enrolment to another participant at no charge, provided we are notified at least 5 working days before the programme begins.

5. Programme Changes by Stillmoor

Stillmoor reserves the right to change session dates, facilitators, or delivery format where circumstances require. In the event of a significant change that you are unable to accommodate, you may request a full refund or credit note. If Stillmoor cancels a programme entirely, a full refund of fees paid will be issued within 14 working days.

6. Participant Conduct

Our programmes depend on a respectful, open group environment. Participants are expected to:

• Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with courtesy
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent from Stillmoor
• Refrain from distributing programme materials outside their personal use
• Not represent or reproduce Stillmoor content as their own

Stillmoor reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, reading selections compiled by Stillmoor, facilitation frameworks, and website content are the intellectual property of Stillmoor or are used with permission. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own private reflection and learning. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Stillmoor materials without prior written permission is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stillmoor programmes are educational in nature. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law:

• Stillmoor does not accept liability for any financial decisions made by participants as a result of attending a programme
• Stillmoor does not accept liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on programme content
• Nothing shared in our programmes constitutes personal financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind

Our liability in respect of any claim relating to programme delivery is limited to the fees paid by the participant for the relevant programme.

9. Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By enrolling, you consent to your data being used for programme administration and, where opted in, communications about future Stillmoor offerings.

10. Photography and Testimonials

Stillmoor may take photographs at in-person sessions for use in programme materials or on our website. You will be asked for your consent separately. Post-programme, we may invite participants to share reflections for use as testimonials; this is entirely voluntary. Any testimonial shared will be reviewed for accuracy and used only with your written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Stillmoor will always aim to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings; please contact us in the first instance at [email protected].

12. Amendments to These Terms

Stillmoor may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
